I thought I had to use traditional in-person focus groups to get good qualitative information but GroupSolver delivered exceptional qualitative information with the unexpected added bonus of quantitative data – a true hybrid approach that has been lacking.

We have partnered with GroupSolver for over four years and consistently find that their research methodologies deliver compelling insights that would have been left hidden had we used a traditional online survey.

I have a steep deadline, how quickly can GroupSolver® deliver insights?
For simpler studies, we can deliver insights in a quick few hours – take a look at our different plans options that could meet your needs. But we have you covered even for more complex urgent projects. Whether you have a deadline coming up in a few days or few weeks, we will work with you to make your project a success!
How does GroupSolver® pricing work?
Pricing flexibility is important to our customers, and we are happy to offer plans for those who have an ad hoc project or those looking for subscription access. We have DIY solutions as well as an internal, full-service agency to help with any aspect of the execution of a project. Check out our plans page for more information.
What’s the difference between Professional and Team Plans?
A professional plan is meant for those who are doing research on their own. A team plan is for those who are working with a couple of folks on the same study (or studies) and need to collaborate more efficiently. You can also choose between a monthly or annual plan, but remember that an annual plan can provide you savings equal to two months worth of research. Still not sure what is best for you or need something else? Chat with us!
Do you offer discounts for academia and non-profits?
Yes! For schools and universities, we offer a one-year free academic license for educators and students looking for a survey platform to use in their classes. We also have a grant initiative for organizations conducting societal research, which is open to professors and students. You can find more information on these grants on our Research Grants page or contact us to learn more.
Do you offer custom plan options?
We do! Tell us what you are looking for and we will build a plan that fits your budget and research needs.
