Pricing flexibility is important to our customers, and we are happy to offer plans for those who have an ad hoc project or those looking for subscription access. A professional plan is meant for those who are doing research on their own. A team plan is for those who are working with a couple of folks on the same study (or studies) and need to collaborate more efficiently. You can also choose between a monthly or annual plan, but remember that an annual plan can provide you savings equal to two months worth of research. Yes! For schools and universities, we offer a one-year free academic license for educators and students looking for a survey platform to use in their classes. We also have a grant initiative for organizations conducting societal research, which is open to professors and students. For most of our studies, we lean on a network of global panel providers to collect the data. However, we are flexible with using our clients’ preferred panel providers or customer lists.

We’ve got your back! We have an extensive online knowledge base and “how-to” guides. And if you need to talk to a live professional who has experience with building and analyzing surveys, we will have someone ready to support you.

The biggest differences between our platform and a focus group are the scope of the project we can execute and the speed of collecting insights. Our platform can collect responses from thousands of respondents within days, whereas focus groups generally collect data from just a few dozen people. Additionally, we quantify the open-ended data in real-time, so you get deeper insights faster.

The first respondent will only ideate and will not get to evaluate others’ responses, because there are no responses to evaluate quite yet. However, starting with 2nd respondent, each respondent will be able to react to answers by others in addition to providing their own answer.

Yes, our customers frequently use the GroupSolver® platform for global studies that require collecting data in a number of languages. We currently support 17 languages and we are planning on adding more.
